WHAT IS SABBATH SERVICE LIKE?
MEET & GREET
We open with our Meet & Greet session, and prayer before the first lesson. During this time members and guests are able to ask questions and share weekly news.
The kids attending our church participate in sabbath day bible activities, songs, and more. This keeps them occupied with biblically based learning for their age group.
FOOD, GAMES & STUDY
After the first portion of the day we have an intermission where food, drinks and snacks are distributed.
After snacks, we begin bible study where we dive directly into the word of the Most High, teaching out of his holy book. Prior to bringing out the lesson, we blow the shofar and pray towards Jerusalem (East) as our forefathers did in the ancient. We all collectively say The Lord's Prayer in Ancient Hebrew & English. After the lesson we play Bible games and feast together.
QUIZZES & MUSIC
To help our members better understand the holy scriptures, we offer weekly quizzes. The word of God says to study to show thyself approved (2 Timothy 2:15). This helps individuals familiarize themselves with the word, and the laws of The Most High.
On occasion the men and women will separate and have their own personal time discussing the word through male and male perspectives.
Finally, we have a musical portion towards the end of the sabbath, where brothers and sisters who write their own music perform. This ranges from Righteous R&B, Spoken Word, Rap, and Kids Songs.
